Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior FMS Program Integrator to provide advisory and program integrator services for the Army’s Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) missions.
Candidates will serve as a liaison and principal advisor for FMS programs functionally integrated with stakeholder government organizations to execute FMS production and post-production duties.
- Act as the SME liaison integrating programmatic efforts between AMCOM SAMD and other government stakeholders.
- Serve as the Lead Program Integrator for production and post-production activities.
- Advise leadership and SAMD on strategic workforce planning.
- Monitor and advise the government on OEM program lines and delivery schedules.
- Analyze performance data for complex post-production modification programs to provide independent schedule, cost, and risk assessments.
- Provide technical and administrative support for FMS program case execution.
- Track case lines and provide recommendations on production milestones, modification tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Advise on production/post-production oversight frameworks and manage current and upcoming production cases.
- Serve as liaison to project teams and program leads.
- Map acquisition milestones to program-specific gateways.
- Monitor forecasts and budgeting cycles.
- Oversee technical data exchange processes.
- US Citizenship.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of DoW acquisition experience (minimum 5 years in case management, integration, and advisory services).
- Experience in acquisition and stakeholder integration.
- Experience developing complex acquisition/requirements packages.
- Ability to bridge conventional Army (PEO/PAE) and stakeholder acquisition frameworks.
- Experience monitoring OEM production lines and reviewing modification progress.
- Knowledge of certification frameworks, financial forecasting constraints, and FMS case lifecycle processes (SAMM guidance), including LOR development, LOA implementation, and case reconciliation.
- Position requires that candidates maintain a SECRET security clearance (Top Secret preferred). Inability to obtain and maintain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.
- Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations may be required for this position.
