We're seeking a Regional Fleet Manager to lead fleet operations and our driver team across the Winchester, VA market. This role is responsible for the safe, on-time delivery and pickup of customer artwork across Framebridge retail locations, with direct accountability for driver management, fleet vehicle oversight, route management, and store partnership. The ideal candidate brings hands-on transportation or fleet operations experience, strong people management skills, and a solutions-first mindset.

This role reports to the National Transportation Planner.

• Directly manage and develop a team of onsite drivers — handling hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action to build a culture of accountability and professionalism.
• Build and manage weekly driver schedules, approve timecards, and coordinate coverage for planned absences and unplanned call-outs to ensure routes are never understaffed.
• Monitor driver behavior through GPS telematics and regular ride-alongs, conduct monthly safety meetings, and manage accident reporting and root-cause remediation to maintain a safety-first environment.
• Create and distribute daily pickup and delivery manifests, optimize route sequences for efficiency and cost, and troubleshoot exceptions and missed stops in real time.
