The Laser Cell Set Up and Operator is responsible forsetting up,operating, andmaintaininglaser cutting machines to process various materials according to specifications. This role involves ensuring high-quality production standards and adhering to safety protocols.
Hours:
2nd Shift 3:00-11:30PM or 3rd Shift 11:00PM-7:30AM
Pay:
Starting Rate is $25.18hour after 9 month the pay rate will increase to $27.97
Shift differential: 2nd shift $1.00/hr & 3rd shift is $1.50/hr
Key Responsibilities- Set up laser cutting machines, includingaligningand adjusting laser settings.
- Operate laser systems to cut and shape materials according to provided blueprints or specifications.
- Conduct quality checks after operations to ensure products meetrequiredspecifications.
- Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures, including wearing protective gear and ensuring the work environment is safe.
- Document andreportall machine operations, including downtime, output, and any technical issues.
- Previous experience in operating laser cutting machines or similar equipment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and safety practices.
- Relevant technical certification or training is preferred
