Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.

• Operate front‑end loaders to move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials
• Load customer trucks accurately and efficiently to meet production and quality standards
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure operational reliability
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including haul roads and stockpile zones
• Collaborate with plant and production teams to support continuous and efficient operations

• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a quarry or similar industrial environment
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and adherence to established procedures
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify basic equipment issues
• Dependability and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work environment: environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $19.50 per hour
