Paint Room Attendant - 3rd Shift

Responsible for painting, printing and auditing the quality of the products, as well as verifying if they are compliant with the specifications.

• Check the cleanliness of pH, water levels, and inks.
• Determine the concentrations of the chemicals used in the work area.
• Analyze the color scheme and verify the color matching is correct.
• Check product parts to be painted.
• Provide support on product specifications.
• Check pieces according to painted samples.
• Perform serigraphy printing.
• Keep track of all procedures.
• Carry documentation checklist and share it with supervisor.
• Prepare print setting techniques.
• Coordinate and train new personnel to the area.
• Communicate with staff to notify the customer demands.
• Check parameters of paint in accordance with quality plans.
• Support the incoming material.
• Conduct metal printing.

• Completion of a high school degree or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 to 2 years of related work experience, including powder coating experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend moderately complex instructions.
• Basic manufacturing line knowledge and ability to participate in process.
• Minor troubleshooting skills and ability to perform monthly maintenance of machine (low-level basic maintenance).

The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, may encounter repetitive motion, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level is usually moderate.
