Battery Assembler

Responsibilities

• Adhere to plant safety guidelines
• Able to lift 25 lbs
• Able to work in a clean room environment and follow donning and doffing of required PPE
• Able to interact with other team members in a positive manner
• Able to learn and rotate through multiple work stations (Cell Assembly, Final Seal, Winding, Cell Packing)
• Able to follow operator description sheets to run equipment properly
• Understand calibration and monitoring of equipment
• Adjust equipment to produce quality parts
• Restock trays and material in cell assembly/winding production area
• Maintain 5S in the work area

• Performs additional duties as assigned in support of plant functions including and not limited to 5S audits, Clarios Manufacturing Systems audits, use of problem solving tools, Job Set-up, Finished Part Audit and Statistical Process Control.
