Position Summary
Since 1997, our factory has been a leading producer of the nation's cat litter supply. Located on Tidy Cat Road, our 40-acre plant site is seamlessly connected to a clay mine, enabling efficient mining, processing, packaging, and shipping. Operating around the clock, we mass produce conventional and clumping cat litter, supplying the mid-Atlantic region with nearly a third of a million tons annually.

- Analyze downtime data, validate production loss categories, and identify trends or recurring issues to prioritize improvement efforts.
- Investigate production floor issues, troubleshoot equipment and process failures, and determine root causes.
- Implement corrective actions that improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall process performance.
- Use working knowledge of production machinery to support operators in real time and help stabilize production.
- Partner with maintenance, engineering, production teams, and IWG leads to guide continuous improvement initiatives and project work streams.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
- OR
- High school diploma with 4+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
The approximate pay range for this position is $66,000 to $98,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
