Responsibilities- Loading & Packaging:
Perform daily loading, weighing, and packaging of dry ice products into various containers (blocks, pellets, slices) based on customer orders. - Quality Assurance:
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company’s strict quality standards regarding weight, density, and packaging integrity. - Equipment Operation:
Operate production machinery and material handling equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) safely and efficiently. - Documentation:
Accurate logging of production numbers, shipping manifests, and inventory usage. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility to ensure a safe working environment.
- Shift schedule: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, commissions, proportions, and percent.
- One (1) year experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
