Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Plant Operator to join our production team. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the safe and efficient loading and packaging of dry ice products in strict adherence to quality control standards. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility to ensure a safe working environment.
Responsibilities- Load, weigh, and package dry ice products into various containers per customer orders.
- Inspect finished products to ensure weight, density, and packaging integrity meet the company’s standards.
- Operate production machinery and material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Accurately log production numbers, shipping manifests, and inventory usage.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Basic arithmetic: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rates, ratios, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
- One year experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Pay: $22-24 per hour.
- Schedule:
