Job Requirements
* Perform pyrolite casting operations according to approved work instructions, routings, and specifications
* Prepare molds, tooling, and materials for casting operations, ensuring proper setup and cleanliness
* Measure, mix, pour, and handle casting materials in accordance with process parameters
* Monitor casting and curing processes to ensure quality and consistency
* Remove cast parts from molds and perform initial inspection for defects
* Conduct secondary processing as required (trimming, finishing, cleaning)
* Accurately complete production documentation, travelers, and quality records
* Perform in-process checks and report nonconformances or abnormalities to supervision
* Follow all safety procedures regarding high-temperature materials, chemicals, and equipment
* Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and safety standards
