** PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* • Must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow said instructions.
• Complete work with accuracy and efficiency. Inspect and audit product processes on incoming product, internal process, product audits and finished product audits
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Work in a safe manner and as part of a team.
• Communicate verbally clearly and concisely.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, perform moderate to heavy repetitive lifting, and stand on feet at least nine hours per day.
• It is an essential function of this position that you report to work on a regular basis.

** ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
• One year of production experience or similar in carpentry or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred.
• Two to three years of work experience.
• Knowledge and application of safe work practices.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure & calipers.
• Math & computer skills. Possess a thorough understanding of all Cabinet works Group wood character, machining, assembly and finishing
• Distinguish among colors and different species.
• Possess basic Microsoft Office and computer capabilities including Excel, Word and LINCs
• Possess a basic knowledge the QMS to promote awareness and use by coworkers.·
• Read a tape measure and caliper.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English.
• Ability to work in a team environment. Self starter who works effectively without close supervision
** PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:
• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
• May be required to frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Hand dexterity and strength
• Overtime is required, including weekends with little or no advance notice
