Job SummarySeeking a Manufacturing Engineer to plan, develop, and optimize sheet metal and plastic fabrication processes. This role focuses on improving manufacturing efficiency, supporting production, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and improve manufacturing methods and processes.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and define maintenance requirements.
- Create work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and customers to optimize processes.
- Apply statistical methods to evaluate and improve manufacturing performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing electrical components preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with CAD, PLC programming, testing tools, and inspection equipment.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
