General Laborer – Concrete Manufacturing

$16.15 to $20.90 per hour

Our concrete manufacturing facility is looking for reliable, diligent individuals to join our production crew. You will play a key role in creating concrete items while ensuring our workspace remains productive and secure. This role involves strenuous physical tasks and the flexibility to work in diverse weather conditions. Please note that shifts typically begin between 2am and 5am, and there are opportunities for overtime.

• Support the overall manufacturing and creation of concrete goods
• Execute the pouring, molding, finishing, and preparation of concrete components
• Manage the loading and unloading of various tools, raw materials, and completed items
• Utilize power tools, hand tools, and industrial machinery in a secure manner
• Maintain high production standards by sanitizing molds and keeping the workspace tidy
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure product quality
• Help manage material handling and the movement of inventory
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all protocols
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve daily production targets

• Prior experience in masonry, concrete work, construction, or general labor is highly valued
• Capacity to lift 50+ pounds on a consistent basis
• Physical stamina to stand, stoop, and bend during long shifts in a high-speed setting
• Comfort working in industrial environments with machinery and concrete dust
• Consistent attendance and dependable personal transportation
• Experience operating a forklift is beneficial but not mandatory
• Flexibility to put in extra hours when the schedule requires
