Our client is seeking an experienced Assembler to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis in Henrico, VA. This role involves hands‑on assembly and wiring of electrical components within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will work on producing mission‑critical power distribution equipment for data centers supporting hyperscale, AI, and enterprise infrastructure. Responsibilities include accurately following technical specifications, schematics, and safety standards to assemble electrical panels, control boxes, switch gear, and harnesses.

You will also perform wiring, routing, and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols, contributing to high‑quality manufacturing outputs.

This position requires the ability to interpret diagrams, utilize hand tools and soldering equipment, and perform basic electrical tests. Reliable, quick learners with a strong work ethic and attention to detail thrive in this environment. Extended hours and occasional weekend or holiday shifts may be necessary to meet production deadlines.

• Hands‑on experience wiring and assembling electrical panels or similar components
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• Experience with wiring, routing, and connecting wires using hand tools, crimpers, or soldering equipment
