** Job Description
** Starting at $18.69/hr (up to $21.14/hr)
** PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Will be required to learn multiple finishing room jobs
* Move material and use computerized production tracking system
* Must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow those instructions
* Meet production goals and established quality standards
* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
* Perform tasks required for the success of the department

** ESSENTIAL

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

*** One year of production experience or similar in carpentry or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred
* Two to three years of work experience
* Knowledge of safe work practices
* High School diploma or GED preferred
* Ability to read a tape measure
* Math skills
* Ability to read/write/communicate in English
* Ability to work in a team environment

* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

*
* · Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, climbing stairs, and pulling
· May be required to frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs as well as push/pull carts
· Hand dexterity and strength
· Will be exposed to finishing materials, vapors or fumes on a regular basis
· Overtime is required, including weekends sometimes with little or no advance notice
· May be required to work a flexible schedule
