Pay Range: In alignment with Virginia pay transparency practices, the expected pay range for this position is $70,928–$77,484 per annual, based on qualifications and experience. This range is not inclusive of the full value of benefits or other total rewards offered by the company.

- Assemble a hiring pool of qualified applicants for semi‑skilled production and support occupations.
- No prior manufacturing experience required; all necessary training will be provided on the job.
- Some roles will require moderate to heavy lifting and can be physically demanding.
