N2 Shift: 5:55 PM – 6:16 AM (Friday–Sunday with alternating Thursdays)
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled is required.
The Electro-Mechanical Technician at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving process and packaging equipment to maximize production efficiency while maintaining high standards for safety and quality. This role also supports continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.
Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems through adjustments, parts replacement, or fabrication.
- Wire moderately complex control circuits.
- Support autonomous maintenance and TPM initiatives by teaching basic mechanical skills to line operators.
- Fabricate, repair, and install piping systems including hot/cold water, steam, process, and condensate lines.
- Learn and apply welding and machining techniques for metals, plastics, and composites.
- Fabricate or replicate minor equipment parts as needed.
- Complete equipment size changeovers and troubleshoot fillers and packaging equipment.
- Identify root causes of mechanical, electrical, and control failures using effective problem-solving techniques.
- Troubleshoot and make minor program changes to Allen‐Bradley PLC systems including SLC
500, Micro Logix, Compact Logix, and Control Logix. - Generate and support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.

- Starting pay: $46.36 per hour. Pay increases to $48.80 per hour in the quarter after the 6‑month anniversary.

Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical/control systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Allen‐Bradley PLC experience required, including familiarity with Rockwell Factory Talk Suite, Logix Platform, and Allen‐Bradley controls systems.
- Filler equipment experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret complex instructions, blueprints, schematics, flowcharts, and block diagrams.
- Experience using precision testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong teamwork, communication, attendance, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
