* What You Will Do:

*** The OEM Product Development Technician is responsible for building prototype mattresses and/or accessories to support new launches and/or quality or cost down initiatives, operating testing equipment, reporting on test data, analysis of sample accessories & mattresses, and assist in product failure analysis.
* Runs required tests
* Reports/analyze on test finding to designated personnel
* Manage samples outgoing to customers
* Manage samples’ readiness to meet test plan & timelines
* Other duties, as assigned by supervisor
* Must be able to work in a team environment

* What You Will Need:

*** Computer skills in Microsoft Office required; proficient in Excel
* Strong attention to detail
* Material handling experience
* Be willing to work overtime, as needed
* Be willing to learn and ask questions
* Be willing to travel if necessary
* High School Diploma or GED required. Some technical training in related field of study is preferred.
