Tyson Holsters is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our growing team in King William, VA. This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a craft-driven production environment where quality and precision matter. This is an on-site role for a Manufacturing Associate at Tyson Holsters located in King William, VA. The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks associated with manufacturing operations. This includes forming, buffing, drilling, cutting and routing holsters. We need someone to pay attention to details, and be a problem solver. Some firearm knowledge would be a plus. For the right person there is a lot of room for advancement.

Work schedule is (4) 10 Hour shifts Mon-Thurs day shift.
Training:We provide on the job training.
Salary:Starting salary is $17.00/HR, at 6 months with good performance review this goes to $18.00/HR, and at 1 year with good performance review to $19.00/HR
Responsibilities:- Operate manufacturing equipment and tools to produce holsters and related products to company standards
- Inspect finished goods for quality, fit, and consistency throughout the production process
- Cut, shape, or mold materials according to product specifications and work orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety protocols
- Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining high-quality output
- Report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly
- Assist with inventory management, packaging, and shipping of finished products as needed
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or a skilled trade is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a full shift
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to read and follow work orders, templates, or production instructions
- Familiarity with hand tools, machinery, or leather working is a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment
