BVU Authority is seeking a Water Treatment Plant Operator (Class
1) to produce safe drinking water at BVU’s Water Treatment Plant. This role involves operating and calibrating chemical feed pumps, monitoring SCADA, collecting samples, and responding to emergencies to meet Virginia Health Department standards.
You will perform routine maintenance, log results, adjust feeds, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting weekend and holiday operations.
