As a Forklift Operator (Day, Afternoon and Night Shifts available), you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our manufacturing operation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading, unloading and transporting stock
• RF scanning and inventory transactions
• Receiving, storing and replenishing materials
• Supporting production operations with timely material supply
• Conducting routine equipment inspections
• Maintaining inventory accuracy
• Following safety, quality and food safety standards
• Identifying and escalating operational issues where required
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workplace

• Previous forklift operating experience within manufacturing, warehousing or logistics
• Experience using RF scanning systems
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proven reliability and attendance record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full Australian working rights

• FMCG or food manufacturing experience
• Experience working within a high-volume warehouse environment
