* What You’ll Do:

*** Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment
* Interpret drawings, specs, and technical requirements to deliver solutions
* Support production, operations, and cross-functional teams
* Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend process improvements
* Test, validate, and document engineering solutions
* Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
* 2–4 years of relevant engineering experience
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
