Assistant Production Manager – Night Shift; Entry Level

$21.00-$24.00/Hourly

• Manage in the motivation and guidance of production employees to develop and maintain a teamwork environment.
• Assist in training activities and orientation of new hires in the commingle department.
• Facilitate internal resources to solve problems.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere.
• Ability to efficiently operate production equipment, specifically commingle machines.
• Assign and/or delegate daily assignments as needed to complete production duties in an efficient manner.
• Provide an active leadership role in all aspects of daily production operations.
• Oversee efficient and effective handling of finished product/mail.

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a production environment is required.
• Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and manage multitasked personnel in order to meet project deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and communication skills are required.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Flexible with scheduled work hours.
• Able to safely lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis, occasionally more than 50lbs. Frequent bending, twisting, and pulling.
• Bilingual is a Plus.

Night Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:40 PM to 6:10 AM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend with full-time hours!)

Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
