The Assembler 2 builds on foundational skills to complete routine assembly tasks with growing independence. In this role, you will work with drawings and instructions, perform basic wiring and mechanical tasks, and support the production of high-quality hardware. This position is a great fit for someone ready to expand their technical abilities and take on more responsibility in daily assembly work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly using a variety of hand and power tools with moderate supervision.
• Complete basic wiring tasks, including cable routing and simple terminations, in accordance with diagrams and standards.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, wire lists, and other documentation to complete assigned tasks.
• Identify and communicate issues, defects, or inconsistencies in components or documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on routine assembly problems and elevate when needed.
• Maintain organized work areas, manage materials, and support workflow efficiency.
• Assist in training or guiding Assembler 1 employees on basic tasks and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure assemblies meet production and quality requirements.

Required Qualification

• High school diploma with 2+ years of assembly or relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Proficiency with standard hand tools and basic wiring tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on routine assignments.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial facility environment.
• May require overtime, shift work, weekends, or flexible scheduling based on business needs.
