Marketing Specialist
Marketing Specialist reporting to the North America Marketing Leader. The role focuses on working with the marketing team to organize and execute multi‑channel comprehensive marketing plans by industry, measuring and reporting impact. It also collaborates closely with Communications, Commercial teams, and Industry Leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute event logistics and communications for seminars and trade shows, including venue coordination, attendee communications, promotional materials, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Arrange, facilitate, and manage webinars end‑to‑end—scheduling, platform setup, presenter coordination, live facilitation, recording, metrics tracking, and follow‑up communications to attendees.
- Create social media posts, short‑form videos, and trade show display materials to support campaigns and events as needed.
- Use graphic design tools such as Canva to create visual assets.
- Manage advertising requirements and submissions to media partners.
- Utilize internal processes for marketing plan components, including branding reviews.
- Track expenses of marketing plans.
- Track metrics of marketing tactics and measure success.
- Understand and align work with business priorities and growth focus areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Detail‑oriented with ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Experience in a business‑to‑business marketing role.
- Passion for learning and growth in marketing, social media, and digital content creation.
- Self‑starter with initiative, collaborative and proactive thinking.
- Proven project and time management skills to plan and prioritize multiple activities.
- Base salary $60‑67k annually, commensurate with experience.
