Product Specialist – CB3 – NM
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with the PE manager to develop OEM color marketing strategy and plan to ensure alignment with customer needs and business strategy, and promote the global color marketing plan for China.
- Responsible for meeting the color marketing and development targets of the organization through effective customer communication and project management.
- Monitor market trends on color and customer demand for local development/approval, generating color styling ideas.
- Maintain and improve relationships with customer color experts, with key focus on Axalta color leadership promotion.
- Drive cross‑function team members to deliver color development to their best level to achieve customer expectations.
- Accomplish other tasks assigned by superiors.
