Head of Marketing

Our client is a growth-stage Med Tech startup company committed to improving the lives of those suffering from joint pain. The technology bridges patented advances in medical devices, software, and additive manufacturing to yield a new class of functional orthopedic bracing that is disrupting the industry. The company is driven by its mission to enable people to live active and healthy lives, free from joint pain.

The startup also recently announced the successful close of a strong Series A financing round from prominent industry investors to accelerate commercial expansion.

We're hiring a Head of Marketing to create, lead, and scale our marketing functions during a critical phase of accelerated growth. This role will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and take control of multiple marketing channels to fully utilize D2C, B2B, and KOL pipelines and use a data-led approach to achieve business growth.

Our ideal marketing leader thrives in startup environments, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborates effectively across sales, product, and executive teams. This leader must also be comfortable translating scientific and clinical evidence into compelling marketing programs, including promotion of white papers and clinical studies. This is a highly hands‑on role responsible for leading a small team while directly contributing to the execution and oversight of programs.

• Manage internal and external marketing resources and agencies
• Develop scalable marketing processes as the company grows
• Manage and optimize marketing across digital content, events, email, paid media, PR, and partner channels
• Collaborate with the CRM pipeline to develop targeted outreach strategies
• Continuously evaluate channel performance and optimize spend and strategy
• Develop compelling messaging tailored to clinical, commercial, and investor audiences
• Translate clinical data and product evidence into accessible and compelling marketing narratives
• Develop educational and clinical marketing assets for providers and partners
• Track, schedule, and attend trade shows

• Demonstrated relevant marketing experience with increasing leadership responsibility
• Experience in Med Tech, healthcare, or other regulated healthcare markets is preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple marketing channels and concurrent projects
• Experience marketing scientific or clinically validated products preferred
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Demonstrated success in growth‑stage or startup environments
• Data‑driven decision maker with strong execution skills
• Comfortable balancing strategy and hands‑on execution
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
