We are growing our marketing team and are hiring a Marketing Assistant to support daily execution across campaigns, CRM, content publishing, and reporting.

This is an operational role focused on execution, coordination, and precision. You will work closely with the marketing and performance teams to ensure campaigns, reporting, and internal workflows run smoothly.

You will not be expected to develop strategy. You will be expected to execute consistently and accurately.

• CRM data management and lead hygiene
• Supporting email campaign setup and segmentation
• Publishing and formatting content in Word Press
• Compiling weekly marketing performance reports
• Building and enriching outbound lead lists
• Supporting event logistics and coordination
• Managing social scheduling tools
• Assisting with demo booking workflows

• Strong organisational skills
• Experience publishing content in Word Press
• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel capability
• Detail-oriented and process-driven

• Highly structured and reliable
• Comfortable working from SOPs
• Responsive and accountable
• Interested in fintech or digital assets
