Pathways is offering a unique 1-2 year residency program designed to equip and deploy future church leaders at Catalyst Church in Virginia, Minnesota. As full-time staff, residents will engage in meaningful ministry while benefiting from potential theological education. There are three tracks available:
College Staff, Ministry Staff, and Pastoral Track, each focusing on specific areas of church service and preparation.
This program encourages recent graduates and those with a passion for ministry to contribute significantly to church communities while gaining leadership experience and spiritual growth.
