- Lead strategy and execution of direct mail fundraising programs for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with campaigns, PACs, and organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative, data, and production execution
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize fundraising results
- Identify growth opportunities with new clients, campaigns, and fundraising programs
- 2+ years of experience in campaigns, fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit development
- Strong understanding of direct mail or political fundraising strategies preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills
- Commitment to conservative values and mission‑driven political work
Salary: Starting at $70k base + commissions (on target earnings between 100-120k)
