Field Organizer

Regional Field Director (Madison Broadwater)
Location:
In-region; travel within territory required of Congressional District 1 and 12
Salary Range: $17/hr with benefits
Overview:
The Field Organizer (FO) is responsible for building and mobilizing voter support in targeted areas. This role will focus on direct voter contact while executing issue-based and organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a highly-motivated, people-oriented and result-driven individual with a passion for grassroots organizing.
- - Engage with voters through direct door-to-door canvassing, phone banking and community events
- - Use field organizing tools to identify and prioritize target voters in your territory
- - Gather insights on key issues affecting communities to strengthen outreach efforts
- - Execute strategic field plans to meet voter contact and mobilization goal
- - Provide regular updates and check-ins to Regional Field Director for walkbook and phone-bank universe
- - Track and report field metrics with accuracy and timeliness
- - Submit weekly activity reports and adjust tactics as needed
- - Collaborate with the broader organizing team to ensure effective impact
- - Demonstrable prior experience in field organizing, including voter contact programs
- - Strong organizational and and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate voters
- - Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- - Prior experience working on various campaigns, ballot initiatives, advocacy efforts, or large-scale field programs
- - Familiarity with voter contact tools and basic data tracking systems
- - Proven ability to meet or exceed numeric field goals
