Account Manager

A leading conservative direct mail fundraising agency is seeking an Account Manager to lead strategy and execution for fundraising programs serving political campaigns, PACs, nonprofits, and advocacy organizations. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys managing client accounts, optimizing fundraising performance, and collaborating across creative and production teams.

The Account Manager will oversee direct mail fundraising programs from strategy through execution while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and identifying opportunities to grow fundraising partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy and execution of direct mail fundraising programs for political and nonprofit clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with campaigns, PACs, advocacy organizations, and nonprofit partners.
• Collaborate with internal creative, data, and production teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Analyze fundraising performance metrics and recommend strategies to maximize results.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new fundraising partnerships.
• Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with fundraising goals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in political campaigns, fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit development.
• Strong understanding of direct mail fundraising or political fundraising strategies preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.

Salary: Starting at $70, base + commissions (on-target earnings of $100,000-$120,000
) plus benefits.
