The primary purpose of the job is to assess residents’ needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivering nursing care in a SNF setting. Supervision must comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee, to ensure the highest quality of care.

Follows health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice per the community’s administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

• Wage: $45.00 per hour.
