Responsible for overseeing the unit as a Charge Nurse and providing nursing care to patients/residents during shift. Serves as a resource to staff when needed. Maintain a quality of service that will fulfill the objectives of the facility and be in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the facility’s administration and governing body.
Minimum QualificationsMust have a current Licensed Practical Nursing license in the state of Virginia.
CPR certification required upon hire or willing to obtain
Previous experience working as a Supervisory or Charge Nurse experience working in a long-term care setting a plus
