• 3‑5 years of experience as a RN
• At least 1‑3 years of experience in the correctional setting
• Valid Registered Nurse license
• Willing to obtain Virginia licensure

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver acute and chronic care services within the scope of a Registered Nurse
• Manage medication administration, triage, and emergency response procedures in alignment with correctional healthcare standards
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to accurately document patient care, treatment plans, and follow‑up in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a secure, structured environment—providing care that truly matters
