OverviewThese roles provide essential assistance to healthcare professionals in delivering patient care, ensuring the smooth functioning of clinical operations by handling tasks that support diagnostic, therapeutic, and procedural aspects of patient care. Allied Health professionals work closely with physicians, nurses, and other providers to enhance efficiency.
ResponsibilitiesFocus on the preparation, performance, and post‑operative support to surgical teams. Tasks include sterilization, instrument preparation and handling, and operational or hands‑on support required during surgery. Responsibilities span planning, preparation, and recovery across hospitals, surgical centers, and clinics.
Minimum RequirementsEducation:
High School Diploma.
Experience:
At least five years of related experience.
Licensure:
Relevant licensure/certifications preferred, or may be required.
The job requires sitting/standing for prolonged periods and frequently bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; attention to detail and ability to write legibly; ability to lift/push/pull 50–100 lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, radiation, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
CompensationPosition Compensation Range: $21.95 – $34.02 Hourly.
