- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries
- Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X‑rays and lab work
- Provide patient education and follow‑up care instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Florida
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C)
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong clinical decision‑making and diagnostic skills
- Excellent bedside manner and communication abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- 2+ years’ experience in providing patient care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred
- Master’s degree (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) and appropriate state license required
- ABMS board certification in internal medicine or family practice preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, and blood‑borne pathogen protocols
- Understanding of medical coding and billing
- Detail‑oriented and confident in medical best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills with every patient interaction
- Competent with common PC applications including Internet, Email, Microsoft Office, and EMR applications
- Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and OSHA guidelines
- Prior urgent care or emergency department experience
- Experience with EMR systems
- DOT certification or willingness to obtain
