• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries
• Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X‑rays and lab work
• Provide patient education and follow‑up care instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Florida
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C)
• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred

• Strong clinical decision‑making and diagnostic skills
• Excellent bedside manner and communication abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• 2+ years’ experience in providing patient care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred
• Master’s degree (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) and appropriate state license required
• ABMS board certification in internal medicine or family practice preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, and blood‑borne pathogen protocols
• Understanding of medical coding and billing
• Detail‑oriented and confident in medical best practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills with every patient interaction
• Competent with common PC applications including Internet, Email, Microsoft Office, and EMR applications
• Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and OSHA guidelines

• Prior urgent care or emergency department experience
• Experience with EMR systems
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain
