RN Case Manager Compensation

• The pay for this position is $40.84 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

RN Case Manager Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with 50% traveling to visit patients

RN Case Manager Responsibilities

• Determines medical necessity/appropriateness
• Facilitates optimal outcomes
• Identifies and follows through with continuous quality/compliance opportunities, may include identification of aberrations and initiation of corrective action
• Educates/empowers customers to ensure compliance, satisfaction and promote patient advocacy
• Optimizes total costs
• Implementation and evaluation of policy based on usage and program directives
• Educates/empowers colleagues at all levels to enable decision making at the most appropriate level

RN Case Manager Requirements

• RN with current unrestricted Virginia state licensure required.
• 3 years clinical experience (for example med surg or behavioral health)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and effectively adapt to a fast-paced changing environment
• Proficiency with computer skills, navigating multiple systems and keyboarding.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

RN Case Manager Preferred but not Required

• Managed Care experience, Case Management experience in an integrated model
• 5 years clinical practice experience
• Bilingual
