Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing—no exceptions.
• Valid RN License—you must be licensed to lead.
• 4+ years of nursing supervisory experience—or are you an RN ready to step up?
• Proven Long Term Care experience—you know this industry inside and out.
• Deep knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations—you live and breathe compliance.
• Outstanding communication skills and a natural ability to lead and collaborate.
