Float​/Travel CNA Northern Facilities

Carefree Living is seeking compassionate and reliable Float/travel CNAs to join our Northern Assisted Living communities. These positions provide coverage across multiple sites while delivering resident‑centered care in a supportive and team‑oriented environment. This role plays an essential part in ensuring consistent, high‑quality care across our northern communities.

Including Ely, Babbitt, Silver Bay, Virginia, Cook, Aurora and Buhl.

$28/hour. Shifts may vary based on the needs of the facility. Float coverage across multiple northern sites. Onsite housing accommodations provided if needed during scheduled work assignments, along with one complimentary meal per shift.

• Provide hands‑on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Build meaningful relationships and ensure the highest level of care and customer service.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive living environment.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Support team members and adapt to different site protocols as needed.
• Maintain excellent attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Current CNA certification in Minnesota.
• Previous caregiving experience required along with medication passing skills.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and adaptable to different team environments.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role.

Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
