We're seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established outpatient team—someone who values relationship‑based care, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact for patients every day.

• Outpatient practice serving a rural community
• Average patient volume: 16-18 patients per day
• Call schedule: 1:4
• 1:1 CMA/LPN support
• Telemedicine available via My Chart
• Part of Bon Secours Mercy Health, the largest primary care network in the Richmond, VA area
• Collaborative team environment with physicians and advanced practice colleagues
• Focus on continuity of care and long‑term patient relationships

• Current Virginia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• PA‑C certification required for Physician Assistants
• FNP or AGPCNP board certification required for Nurse Practitioners
• BLS required; ACLS required
• Experience preferred; new graduates acceptable
• Strong communication skills and commitment to team‑based care
