Hiring Range: $33.00 to $48.00 (rate depends upon education and experience)
Full Time or Part Time: Part Time
Job DescriptionMountain Gateway Community College (MGCC) is accepting applications for adjunct faculty for the Fall 2026 semester term to perform clinical teaching and evaluation with the Practical Nursing students in the following clinical practices:
Med Surgical and Health Assessment.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in Virginia.
- ADN required.
- A minimum of two years’ full-time work experience in the field.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Critical thinking and clinical judgement skills.
