Position Requirements CRNA to join the Virginia implementation team supporting various NAPA sites across the Virginia region

The Implementation Team offers prospective candidates flexibility and the option to work at various sites across the Virginia Region (typically associated with working locums), along with the security and benefits of full time W-2 employment.

Team Leadership Marnie Warner - Director, APARequirements Responsibilities Provide  anesthesia care to patients at various facilities throughout the Virginia Region, as determined by NAPA’s regional leadership team

Pre-anesthesia assessment

Obtains and/or verifies patient consent

Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient

Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia

Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition

Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Requirements

Hold a current/valid unrestricted license and have a valid National Provider Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education

Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Must be willing and able to travel between locations

Lifestyle

Total Rewards Salary:$310,000 salary annual (exempt position), 42.5 hours per week. Premium pay after 42.5 hours per week at $135/hour.

Salary inclusive of 2 calls per month, if a third call may be required it would result in an additional $1,000 stipend for the month in which that call is taken.

CRNA may be used up to one weekend per month in either a call capacity or as a regularly scheduled shift.

Sign-on bonus: $20K Reimbursements:

Up to $50 per workday for food (Receipts must be submitted).Mileage to and from home to site if greater than 30 miles one way reimbursed at IRS mileage rates.

Mileage to and from home to hotel/lodging reimbursed up to $139/night (may increase rate based on location, with approval).Team member may request mileage or lodging but are expected to find lodging within 30 miles of the site if choosing a hotel.

Reimbursement for additional fees includes state licenses, application fees, staff dues, and other such fees as appropriate.

Car Rental:
Mid-size or standard. Reasonable rates as determined by the Rental Car Agreement.

Air travel should be a rare exception and will require pre-approval.
