Netpace Inc. in Norfolk, VA is seeking an LPN/LVN for a 13-week home health assignment, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with approximately 5–8 patient visits per day.
The ideal candidate holds an active VA LPN/LVN license, is BLS/CPR certified, and has at least 1 year of recent Home Health or Hospice experience. OASIS experience is preferred, and travel within the territory is expected.
Recent Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience is a plus.
