FT/PT Hours Independent CRNA Practice – Will function under the direct supervision of the surgeon in an ambulatory surgery center setting.

Guaranteed Hours + No Weekends Flexible Scheduling Retention Bonuses:o Full-Time: $30,000 (3-year commitment) o Part-Time: $10,000 (3-year commitment)
Competitive Pay: $130–$150 per hour with annual salary increases

Key Responsibilities:

Administer safe, effective anesthesia independently

Conduct pre-operative assessments and select appropriate anesthetic plans

Monitor patients intra- and post-operatively

Maintain clear, accurate medical documentation

Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives

Operate and maintain anesthesia equipment safely
