Thrive Health Care Services is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPN) or registered nurses (RN) to provide private duty home care for medically fragile patients in Northern Virginia. Immediate openings with 8–16 hour shifts, Monday to Sunday, and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, taking vitals, documenting patient data, and reporting to the supervising RN or physician. VA licensure and CPR are required, with orientation and ongoing support offered.
