Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical
Schedule: Full Time – Nights, Rotating Weekends.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000.

As a Registered Nurse on the Medical‑Surgical team, you will provide compassionate care to patients in a rural community, collaborate with a close‑knit team, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
- Perform timely and appropriate documentation in the medical record.
- Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
- Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.
The registered nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the total care of patients as delegated.
Licensure: Current VA or compact RN license.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire); ACLS, PALS & ASLS preferred.

$31.49 – $40.38 per hour.
