Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in the labor and delivery department, collaborating with medical teams to deliver individualized, compassionate care using established nursing models. The RN advocates for patients and families, supporting positive clinical outcomes and departmental performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and deliver care aligned with department standards and scope of practice, ensuring a safe and effective patient experience. Serve as a clinical advocate and role model for organizational values.
Qualifications & Skills- RN license and diploma required
- Minimum 6 months labor and delivery experience
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation within specified time frames
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification within 6 months
