Amedisys is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide per diem care across assigned locations. You will conduct initial assessments, develop and revise care plans, and coordinate with the care team to ensure continuity of patient care.
You will communicate progress to clinicians, educate families, and handle on-call duties. Current RN licensure and CPR are required, with mileage reimbursement and a competitive hourly rate of $38–$42.
