We are looking for compassionate registered nurses who are committed to creating meaningful experiences for our patients and their families.

• Act as a voice for patients, communicating with everyone involved in the plan of care (patient, family, and hospice care team).
• Serve as a patient advocate to ensure quality care.
• Cover on call after hours from 5 pm on Friday to 8 am Monday morning.
• Be fully supported by our 24/7 RN staffed triage department alongside the local hospice team.

• Heart to serve patients and families with a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current state RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80‑100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
